Planning and Zoning Inspection Information

• When making an inspection request you must provide your Building Permit Number, Name of project, Address of Project, and your name telephone number in addition to type of Inspection requested.
• Inspections must be requested no later than the day before they are needed.
• If the inspection does not meet code at time of inspection or one we cannot enter at time of inspection, will be billed a $25.00 re-inspection fee. This must be paid prior to Power being turned on and before a C.O. will be issued.
• To request an inspection you must:

 Call Monday - Friday between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.

 (Voice mail inspection requests are not ALLOWED)

• You Building Permit Card MUST be posted at the site in clear view and protected from the weather prior to any inspections!
