Planning Commission and City Council Deadline Dates for Rezoning and Variance Request

The Rezoning or Variance request procedure is a sixty to ninety day process. Both the Planning Commission and the Cumming City council must review each request. Applicants must provide all information as stated on the application, in the order shown. Rezoning and Variance Applications are only available at the Planning and Zoning office. Your request will be heard the following month, provided all information is correctly submitted and the appropriate fee is paid.
