SUMMARY:3rd Annual Community Arbor Day Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Join the City of Cumming\, Keep Forsyth County Beautiful\, UGA Extension Service-Forsyth\, and the Georgia Forestry Commission on Friday\, Feb. 18th for the 3rd Annual Community Arbor Day Celebration! This year’s event will be held at Creative Enterprises-Forsyth (410 Pilgrim Mill Road). Come out at 3:30 p.m. for mingling\, kids’ activities\, s’mores\, and more; the program begins at 4 p.m. and features a tree planting demonstration\, speakers and recognitions. There will be plenty of free tree saplings and other goodies to take home. Don’t miss all the family-friendly and educational fun! Thanks to this year’s tree sponsor\, Rotary Club of Lanier-Forsyth\, and Because Coffee\, which will be providing coffee\, hot cocoa and other warm beverages for purchase!
