All City of Cumming non-essential facilities and offices will be closed today in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
July 4th festivities (Thomas-Mashburn Steam Engine Parade, Fairgrounds July 4th Festival and Fireworks) will be held tomorrow, Saturday, July 4th.
