Community Sound Bath at City Center

Join us in the beautiful outdoor space at Cumming City Center Lou Sobh Amphitheater for our first Cumming Community Sound Bath! We’ll be gathering on the green space to embrace sound in nature, finding connection and restoration through this meditative experience. Please bring your own yoga mat and any other items you may wish to have to increase your comfort (blanket, eye mask, etc.). No experience required to come embrace sound and stillness in sunshine and in community.
